Waters, Arlene Frances (age 84) went to be with Jesus on December 5, 2017.  She was born January 9, 1933 in Verona, ND to Marcus and Hannah Anderson.  As a young woman she came to Spokane to live with her sister, Marie.  Marie’s husband introduced her to his friend, Roy Waters whom she married in 1958.  He preceded her in death in 2010.  Arlene liked embroidery, paint-by-number, flowers and gardening.  She is survived by two step-daughters, Donna Carolyn (Jim Toms) and Susan (Kenneth) Taft; six grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.  Also survived by a brother Kenneth Anderson.  In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by a step-daughter Judy and step-son Allan.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 11 A.M. at Hennessey Funeral Home  2203 N Division St  Spokane, WA.  Interment Greenwood Memorial Terrace. Services pending at Hennessey Funeral Home
