Went peacefully to Jesus on July 5th 2017 in Spokane.  Born September 18th 1926 in New England, N.D. the daughter of Ben and Mary (Kronberger) Herberholz.  Cathy moved to Hamilton, Montana before coming to Spokane in 1936.   Cathy graduated from Marycliff in 1947.   She married her husband Bob in 1949.  Together they had six children and were always very involved in school activities of all kinds.  Cathy was president of the St. Xavier Parent Teacher Organization for many years as the children attended school there.  Cathy and Bob enjoyed family, friends, and wintering in Yuma, AZ. During their retirement years.  Cathy was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Bob, her daughter Sandra Lee DeFrate, and her infant son Patrick.  She is survived by her children; Steve Bradley of Dallas OR, Jim (Sheri) Bradley of Spokane, Rick (Dianna) Bradley of Lakeland WA, Rob (Carol) Bradley of Renton WA, and Wendy (Rod) Fouts of Spokane; 15 grandchildren (Stacey Ann, P.J., Ben, Jenny, Lisa, Missy, Brianna, Justin, Stacie Sue, Crystal, Laurie, Kim, Ryan, Jordan, and Alexis); 21 great-grandchildren; and her sister Helen McLaughlin of Spokane.  Visitation will be Friday, July 7th 12-5pm at the funeral home.  Vigil services will be Saturday, July 8th at 10 AM with funeral services to begin at 10:30 AM, all at the funeral home.  Inurnment will be Monday July 10th at 1 PM at Holy Cross Cemetery, Spokane, WA.  Memorial contributions are suggested to the Catholic Charities.
