David was born December 30 1937 in Minneapolis Minnesota. Raised by his parents Grace and Leon Henry. David graduated Central High School Aberdeen SD class of 1955 and attended Huron college. David moved to Spokane in 1957 with his wife JoAnn.    David sold cars for Rancho Rambler in the 1960’s . He was a sales agent for IDS in the 1970’s, then he was a licensed realtor and an independent insurance agent.

Preceded in death by both parents, his sister Helen Haldeman of California, his son Matthew and daughter Susan. David is survived by his daughter Dee Henry.

David enjoyed music, dance, travel and college sports.  He was a ardent fan of Gonzaga basketball. 

David was a long time member and past president of Crystal Chandeliers Ballroom Dance Club and a member of the Fraternal Oder of Eagles.
