I was saddened to learn of your mother's passing away. We had spent the winter in California so I missed the opportunity to pay my respects in person. Our family had many wonderful childhood memories of growing up with the Dellwo family.

I had the opportunity to visit with your mom several times in the past few years. She continued to be the sweet caring Mrs. Dellwo I knew the past 60 years.

We were privileged to meet both of your parents at Rockwood Lane, and to become acquainted with your dear family. We enjoyed Madeline's many visits in the hall and her always cheerful smile, so missed when she moved. We were also blessed by learning of our family ties and gathering genealogy.

We were sorry to hear about Madeline. We're glad we got to see her last fall. We have had plans for quite some time that unfortunately fall on the 11th so we cannot be there. But something might happen to change our plans.

Mary & I want to offer our condolences to all of Madeline's children and their families. We would like to attend the funeral, but will be out of town at that time. We both really liked her and enjoyed visiting with her when we would see her at Sacred Heart Hospital when she was volunteering and Mary was in the hospital. She was a joy to be around and will be greatly missed.
