She met Alfred H. She leaves behind four children:  John Nichols and wife Penny of Spokane, David Nichols and wife Renee of Indian Wells, California, Colleen (Nichols) Simpson and Wes Simpson of Kennewick, Washington, and Tom Nichols and wife Donna of Liberty Lake, Washington.  She also leaves 20 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren with the 21st due in January.  In lieu of flowers, please donate to Heartlinks Hospice & Pallative Care, 3920 Outlook Rd., Sunnyside, WA  98944.  www.heartlinkshospice.org.

So many thanks to all of the special people who were here to keep her comfortable and smiling in her final weeks.  A Rosary will take place at St. Mary’s Church, Spokane Valley, September 15th at 9:00am, Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00am, and burial will follow at Noon at Holy Cross Cemetery.
