Ruth Y. Startin was born April 16, 1935 in Pie Town, NM, one of 9 children born to William T. and Ethel T. Altizer. Ruth went to heaven on February 10, 2018. She left this earth quietly and comfortably surrounded by her devoted husband, children and grandchildren. Ruth is survived by her husband, Darrel Roy Startin, Sr., six children, Darrel Jr., Roxane, Rod, Kim, John and Lisa, 13 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Ruth was an amazing homemaker, wife and mother. Anyone lucky enough to get to know Ruth, was immediately aware of her devotion to her family, her kind, gentle spirit and faith in God.  She leaves behind many friends and caregivers who were forever touched by her appreciation of their time and devotion to her care. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends and will never be forgotten.
