Mr. Marsh was my teacher in fifth grade in Pullman Public Schools. He was, is and always will be my favorite teacher. I have many, many fond memories of that year. He made learning fun.

Stan was my great friend and mentor. He was a renaissance man whose intellect drove an interest in many things. He and I were both avid tennis players and would sometimes play singles twice a day in the Richland heat! He was a great storyteller and living proof that one could be a great man without compromising his principles. I have never met anyone else like Stan and I probably never will. Peace.
