Teresa Reda Bafaro, 91, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, July 5, 2017, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 26, 1925 in Spezzano Piccolo, Italy. Shortly after her marriage in Italy, she immigrated to the United States in 1950. Her husband Eugene preceded her in death in 1963.

Teresa enjoyed being a homemaker and also worked many years as a housekeeper at Gonzaga University. Her family appreciated her great Italian cooking and sharing of her garden bounty. Teresa was a devoted mother and cherished her three grandchildren who brought great joy to her life. “Granny” will be forever missed.

Survivors include her son Dave (Kathy); grandchildren Shaun (Tami), Mike (Ashley), and Amanda Bafaro; five great grandchildren (Jaydn, Kaleb, Shaylynn, Finch, and Denver); sister Maria of Spezzano Piccolo, Italy; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews in Spokane and Italy.
