Bonnie May Kaesemeyer

   It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Bonnie May Kaesemeyer December 1st 2021. Bonnie was born August 13th 1953 in Pendleton Oregon to Burt and Cleta Kaesemeyer. Bonnie spent most of her time in the Spokane and Medical Lake area with adventurous life experiences in Montana and Alaska. Bonnie’s childhood was highlighted with summer trips in Oregon to visit all of the Grandparents and many beloved cousins on the farm in the Umatilla/Hermiston area and in Halfway.

Bonnie graduated from John R. Rogers and continued her education in the Dental Assisting field where she worked for many years and made lifelong friends. Bonnie was stricken in midlife with MS which she courageously battled for the remainder of her life.

   Bonnie loved vintage things and made a business of recycling items from the local area and sending them to Alaska. She could never understand “why people today didn’t enjoy using perfectly good things from the past!” Bonnie’s love of antiques was only surpassed by her love for her Grandchildren.

   The family would like to extend a heartfelt appreciation for the many friends and extended family members that helped care for her over the years. Her trips to Alaska, the Oregon Coast and the grocery store along with each and every phone conversation were all very special to Bonnie.

   Bonnie is survived by her Son Russell (Rachel), Grandchildren Anabelle and Kiernan, Brothers Gary (Alicia-deceased), Ron (Debbie) and numerous nieces and nephews.

     A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Hennessey Funeral Home, 2203 N Division St, Spokane, Washington. Inurnment will be held at 12:30 pm, Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Fairmount Memorial Park, 5200 W Wellesley, Spokane, Washington. Please check back for the formal obituary.
