Jeffrey Dale Hainline

   Jeff was born on March 7th, 1965 in Spokane, WA to Tom & Jane Hainline. He passed away on August 12th, 2021 at Sacred Heart Hospital from COVID-19.
   Jeff went to Cooper Elementary School, St. Patrick Catholic Middle School, and Gonzaga Prep High School, and graduated from Gonzaga University. He played baseball from a young age in the Pee Wee leagues, continued through high school, and even gained a scholarship to play at Gonzaga University. He was drafted by the Texas Rangers out of Gonzaga and played professional baseball for some time before a knee injury ended his professional career. He truly loved the game of baseball.
   After his playing days were over, Jeff taught at Columbia High School in Hunters, WA where he met his future wife Delena, who also sadly passed away from COVID just two days before Jeff did. They had two children, a son named Thomas Dalen and a daughter named Carly Jayne.
   Jeff is survived by his two children – Dalen Hainline & Carly Hainline, his mother Jane Hainline, his sister Chris Millspaugh, and his brother Bill Hainline. He was preceded in death by his wife Delena Hainline and his father Tom Hainline.
A memorial service will be held in honor of both Jeff and Delena at 10:00 AM on Saturday August 21st at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 2112 W Francis Avenue, Spokane, WA 99205. Any who wish to attend the Memorial Service are welcome. They will be laid to rest in Fairmount Memorial Park.
