Joan A. Locke of Spokane, WA was born December 2, 1943, in Hackensack, NJ, and passed away peacefully at home on October 31, 2023. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Beloved by many, she will be greatly missed by all who know her. Joan will be laid to rest with her husband.
