Judith Smith

Judith “Judy” Beatrice Smith, 74, Of Port Orchard, formerly of Spokane passed away Thursday, July 26, 2018. She was born in Spokane on August 15, 1943 to Donald and Mildred (Jennings) Day. Judy is survived by her husband of over 50 years Daryl Smith, her children, Jennifer Smith of Spokane and Michael (Debbie) Smith of Port Orchard, her 4 grandchildren Mathew and Cassandra Smith, and Meghan and Hannah Smith, and Her brother, Jim Day.    Judy graduated from Holy Names Academy and attended Nursing school in Spokane where she earned her LPN license.  She practiced in Spokane for several years before moving to Environmental Services.  The family moved to the Seattle area where Judy worked for St. Joseph Medical center in Tacoma until she retired.  Judy was an avid Seahawks fan and loved her Basset Hounds.  She always related to and enjoyed receiving “Maxine” greeting cards.
