Having worked in the same plant with Larry over 30 years I came to know him quite well. Early on his exemplary work ethic and calming presence was a gift we much appreciated. Integrity and responsibility. All of these assets Larry demonstrated throughout his flour mill career. Several years after his low seniority position caused Larry to lose his employment, I had the opportunity to reverse some of our unfortunate layoffs. Larry was high on my list of desirable returnees. For me it was a great pleasure which I never regretted that Larry agreed to return to ADM employment, even to the grueling shift regime of the flour mill itself. Thanks, Larry. Wish I could have said that to you personally.
