Larry Dexter Kidd

Larry D. Kidd, age 69, of Spokane, WA. passed away February 2, 2021, after a short illness at Providence Sacred Heart Hospital.  He was born in Youngstown, Ohio on August 16, 1951.  Larry graduated from South High School in Youngstown and received a Bachelors degree from the University of Houston.  He had a long career in Histology with the University of Texas and the M. D. Anderson Cancer Center.  His most valued and most rewarding position was teaching and administrating the Histology school at the University of Texas, School of Allied Health Sciences in Houston, Tx..  Larry always had time to listen to others and always wanted to help others if he could.  He will be deeply missed by those he leaves behind.  He was survived by his lifelong partner of 42 years, Garland Warren, of Spokane, Wa., one sister, Doris Sembera, of Houston, Tx., one niece, Tracy Young, of Houston, Tx., and several great nieces and a great nephew, of Houston, Tx..
He was preceded in death by father, Enoch James Kidd, mother, Jessie Lee Kidd, brother, Garry Nolan Kidd, and half brother, Jimmy Lee Zahniser.  Per Larry’s wishes, there will be no service.
