Mary Lynn Bedell(Mickle) went home to be with the lord on Saturday, March 13th at the age of 61. Mary Lynn was a loved and loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and best friend. Mary Lynn prided herself on being a hard worker and always taking care of her family before all else. Mary Lynn had a faith stronger than a hurricane and her relationship with the lord grew every day.
Mary Lynn’s favorite thing to do was spend time with her grandchildren. There was never a good reason not to throw them a good party, complete with balloons, pizza, games and snacks. Whether it was Easter, Valentines Day or any other reason to celebrate, you could almost guarantee her grandkids were getting invited to a private party.
Mary Lynn worked hard her entire life and never once wavered from her commitment to being there for those in her life. She woke up everyday and “worked the phones” by calling most everyone in close contact and getting the scoop on the day. During these times is when she always lent her ears to listen to anyone who needed to be heard. She also never hesitated to share her feelings. She was strong, committed and faithful.
Over the past year, Mary Lynn fought hard every day to live her best life, and in doing so found much comfort and grace through her relationship with the lord and her support systems. It is certain that Mary Lynn sits in heaven today looking down on all of us, making sure that we are taking this time celebrate her life and remember the good times that we all shared.
Mary Lynn is survived by her Son Edward Bedell, his wife Amanda, Son Pike and Daughter Brynn, of Spokane Washington and Sherry Morton, of Coeur D’ Alene, ID and her husband Nick, Son Kobin and Daughter Kyla. She was also survived by her sisters Debra Salisbury and Rose Mickle and her brothers George Mickle and Kenneth Mickle.
