Rita Maycumber

MAYCUMBER, Rita Russo

Rita was born May 22, 1928 in Naples, Italy. She entered into rest January 10, 2019. Rita is survived by her husband, David Ray Maycumber. She and David met in the diner, where she worked, and were inseparable for the past 56 years. Together their love created 3 wonderful children, Nancy, Anita and Michael. Rita fiercely loved them, her 9 grandchildren and her 6 great-grandchildren. Rita’s heart was totally full of love and she made sure to teach everyone how to love just as much. Rita will always be remembered, from her making sure everyone’s bellies were full, to her elegant style and for her love of parties. Rita’s funeral service will be held, Monday, January 14, 2019 at 11:00 am at Hennessey Funeral Home, 2203 N. Division,  Spokane, WA.
