Theretha Nell Martin

Theretha Martin passed away peacefully from dementia and Covid on August 13, 2020. She was a well-cared for resident at Avalon Care Center where she had been a resident for five years. Her nickname was the "energizer bunny" because she was always happy and could often be found walking the halls visiting with everyone.

She was married to Jim Martin for 40 years and is survived by five children, Marelda, Katie, Pettina, Anecia and Heath. Her family is best remembered for doing things her own way. She loved gardening and spending time with her family.

She will be missed and never forgotten. Her family can now look up at the heavens and know she happy and at peace. She has now joined her parents, baby son, granddaughter, and son in law who are all dancing with the stars.

Family will be celebrating her life privately and thank you in advance for all your condolences.
