Lynn L. LaCombe, 76, of Spokane passed away on 2/24/2018 following a long and courageous journey with Alzheimer disease. He was born on July 26, 1941 in Grand Coulee, WA to Clarence and Lorraine (Cromwell) LaCombe. He attended Browne elementary school and graduated from North Central High School in 1959. He later attended and graduated from Columbia Broadcasting School in Portland, OR. He began a long and successful career in Radio (Phyllis Stevens “Lawn and Garden Show”) Television (“Dialing for Dollars”) and Public Relations/ marketing for 20 years with Big Brothers and Big Sisters.
Lynn loved his family, travel, photography, motorcycling trips, the Mariners and of course Gonzaga Basketball.
He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years Barbara of Spokane, and his devoted sister Carole LaCombe of Spokane, a daughter Lisa Holman (Rod) a son Cameron; grandchildren, Ethan and James Holman, Chelsea LaCombe Walker (Alex) and Megan LaCombe, great-granddaughters, Ellie and Nora Walker.
